3、Updated on December 18th 2014 at 13:52: Aww, it turns out that Simogo's The Sensational December Machine is only for Windows and Mac, and not mobile.
It's a short interactive story about an inventor and her "unusual" creation. Simogo says it spent the past three weeks creating it to say thanks to its fans.

You can download it for free right here. Hopefully, we'll have something new from Simogo on mobile in 2015.

Original story follows...

The Malmö, Sweden based game company Simogo took to Twitter today to announce something new, which is always exciting.

The tweet contains only an illustration of a snowy, starry town with the words "The Sensational December Machine" written in the sky.

"Coming (very) soon," the post teases.

Hours later, Simogo again linked to its original announcement tweet with the words, "Stay tuned."

Simogo is behind DEVICE 6, Year Walk, and The Sailor's Dream – Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award-winning games, respectively.

The studio is known for creative and aesthetically distinct works, so it's probably not a stretch to expect the same of this mysterious (and sensational!) new project. We'll keep you updated on this one.

- "Thank you kindly. 'Twill be a real treat, Mistress Doctor. I mostly has to eat my meals alone, with the reflection of my ugly old phiz in a looking-glass opposite for company. 'Tisn't often I have a chance to sit down with two such sweet, purty ladies."
-
Apple will hold a press conference on September 9th, at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. The hint this year is "Hey Siri, give us a hint."

It kicks off at 10AM there-time (that's 6PM here-time), and you'll be able to live stream it on Apple-made gizmos or - and this makes a change - Windows 10's new Edge browser.

So, what to expect from this event? We've got some ideas.
iPhone 6S
As usual, Apple will likely follow up the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus with "S" versions, which will look a lot like the last phones but feature some cool new additions to get people to cough up another 500 quid.

Such as, if the rumours are right, an A9 processor, 2GB RAM, an improved camera (12-megapixel stills and 4K video), a stronger case, and the same Force Touch technology seen in the Apple Watch.
Sentient Siri
The hint suggests that's Siri will likely be getting some new features. What if Siri becomes sentient, and becomes a life companion for you, and fall in love with her, and oh wait this is a movie isn't it.
New Apple TV
Apple TV is looking a bit rubbish in comparison to other set-top boxes like Amazon's Fire Stick. The new Apple TV is rumoured to have an actual App Store so you can download apps and games for use on your telly.

The improved box would also have more storage space, a redesigned look, and a touch-based remote control.
Some Boring Shit No One Cares About
Apple events always start with Some Boring Shit No One Cares About like a film about a new Apple Store, a graph about sales, or a terrible joke. Sometimes, Apple chooses to end the conference with Some Boring Shit No One Cares About, such as Coldplay.
iOS 9 dated
iOS 9 is a big deal, especially if you're on iPad. You've got split screen apps and pop-out video, you've got ad blockers (eek!) in Safari, and lots of other new features.

It's in beta now, but we'll most likely get a firm release date for the software at the event. The new Apple Watch firmware, watchOS 2, may also get a launch date.
Bees
Imagine how interesting it would be if Tim Cook unleashed a swarm of angry bees into the audience. I'm not sure how relevant it would be. Or how safe. But it would definitely spice things up in a way I'm not sure a 12 megapixel camera can.
iPad Pro
Probably not. iPad typically gets its own event in October. So while it would be interesting to see a larger-screened iPad, as the rumours suggest, we'll have to wait a little longer to see if that is real.
!
